What does it mean to explore your personal myth? How do you carve out space for deep self-reflection in a world that constantly pulls you outward?

For me, this journey began with a choice, and that choice is to be intentional about who I truly connect with, learn from, and engage with. This shift has not only changed how I navigate online spaces but also how I engage with my own inner world.

March has been a month of thresholds and transitions, where the unconscious has been stirring and offering me messages that have been guiding me forward. It has been like a last night before rebirth, a moment to gather insights from my descent into the depths before emerging with a clearer vision.

Because I truly believe that what affects one person can affect many, this month, I invite you to reflect on the following questions:

  • Is there a book, film, or piece of art that resonates with you deeply right now?
  • How does it mirror your inner world?
  • What themes or symbols keep appearing in your life?

When we take the time to notice these patterns, we begin to understand the myth we are living — the story shaping us from beneath the surface.
